Online Chromatic Tuner for Guitar, Bass & Ukulele
Chord Graph's tuner is a free, browser-based chromatic tuner that uses your device's microphone to detect pitch in real time. It works on desktop and mobile with no installation or account required, and nothing you play leaves your device.
What it does
- Chromatic detection — recognizes any of the 12 notes automatically.
- Instrument modes — chromatic, guitar (EADGBE), bass (EADG) and ukulele (GCEA), with the target strings highlighted.
- Cents precision — a semicircular gauge and needle show exactly how sharp or flat you are, in cents.
- Adjustable reference pitch — set A4 anywhere from 430 to 450 Hz for orchestral or historical tunings.
- Input level meter — confirms the microphone is picking up your instrument.
How to tune your instrument
- Press Start and allow microphone access.
- Select your instrument (chromatic, guitar, bass or ukulele).
- Play one open string and read the detected note and cents offset.
- Adjust the peg until the needle centers at 0 cents.
